Our Rules
- CHECK OUT TIME IS 12PM NOON. Bring your towels and keys so you can receive your deposit back. There will be a charge for late check out.
- For your protection and for the protection of fellow travelers, no guests are permitted in the hostel facilities.
- No refunds. All sales are final.
- No food is allowed in the rooms.
- Our facilities are all NO SMOKING.
- No one is permitted on roofs.
- Common areas are open from 8am to Midnight.
- Please refrain from making loud noise, especially from 10PM TO 6AM.
- Keep your valuables on your person, keep doors locked all times.
- Guest line in kitchen area (pay phone): (212) 831-2441. As a courtesy, we can take messages on our line: (212) 289-8083, check our bulletin board regularly.
- You must be 21 years old to drink in the State of New York.
- Pre-paid calling cards are available in our office. They are ideal for long distance and international calls.
- No curfew. No chores. No lockouts.
- Common areas and rooms must be left as they were found.
- If you are going to be more than two hours late, please advise us or your reservation could be cancelled.
- We will charge you a cancellation fee of the total of the first nights accommodation for a No Show or a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice.
- Our Office Hours are 8 am to Midnight 7 Days a Week.
- Check-in is guaranteed after 4pm on the day of reservation.
